Erika Deines, BAJus, CMed, is a Chartered Mediator, Conflict Coach, Certified Consultant in Workplace Mediation and Workplace Fairness^© Analyst. She is President of Deines & Associates, a dispute resolution (DR) service provider. Over the past 14 years, Erika has been the mediator and co-mediator for mediations of high conflict nature including non-profit board and staff issues, workplace and human rights related disputes, public and private meetings for community developments, landowners’ disputes, First Nations’ concerns, and Better Business Bureau consumer complaints.
