Ed Mckenzie

Ed McKenzie, MA (Leadership and Training), focuses on personal leadership, workplace engagement, team development, communication, coaching and large and small group facilitation. Through Learning by Heart Consulting, he uses values-based leadership and the principles of dialogue to engage the hearts and minds of others. Ed appreciates the richness that exists in every individual and group. He is Associate Faculty at Royal Roads University and The Banff Centre and is a certified facilitator in healthcare’s LEADS in a Caring Environment framework.
