Kelly Tremblay

Dr. Kelly Tremblay, PhD, is a clinician and a neuroscientist who mentored/coached learners and leaders as a tenured Professor for over 20 years. As the former Director of the Brain and Behavior Laboratory, she conducted  research in the areas of communication neuroscience and healthy aging. The World Health Organization (WHO) recognized her body of research and publications by inviting her to serve as an expert contributor to the World Report on Aging and Health and as a co-author of new WHO guidelines. She holds multiple adjunct and affiliate Professorships in the USA and Canada and helps professionals in the fields of STEM and healthcare navigate leadership, career growth and transition. She’s a Certified Executive Coach and Fellow of the Institute of Coaching at McLean, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School, as well as a member of the International Coaching Federation. She serves on multiple boards and has created a 2nd act as a consultant and coach dedicated to helping people stay connected and productive as they live, learn, and earn longer.
