Many leaders are expected to develop and coach their employees but lack the knowledge and skills to inspire growth and change. When we learn the mindset, skills and a framework for meaningful coaching conversations, we can tap into the motivation of our employees, helping them unlock their potential while feeling appreciated and valued in their role.
