Design Thinking for Organizations - SYNCHRONOUS

This two-day interactive workshop will explore the principles and methods of Design Thinking. You will use Design Thinking methods to work on the design challenge “How might we cultivate innovation in our life and work?" You will also be guided in selecting a suitable challenge of your own and develop a plan to address it. By the end of the workshop, you will understand how Design Thinking provides an answer to the ambiguity and uncertainty synonymous with 21st century life and work.

Throughout the workshop, we will discuss how these principles and tools might be applied to participants own challenges and conclude with each participant working on a plan for building the principles and tools of Design Thinking into their own life and work.

  • Have experience of methods from all the phases of a design project
  • Know about the wide range of other methods that they might use in a design project
  • Leave with a draft plan for how they might use design thinking on a current complex problem they face
