Everyone wants a great organizational culture, but how do you go about achieving that? It requires four stages - DEFINING the culture that already exists, REFINING that culture to what you'd like it to be, REDEFINING the new culture, and APPLYING those efforts to keep that culture fresh and alive in your organization. The course will be delivered in 90-minute, live webinars over four weeks, with additional homework assignments each week.

- A practical hands-on, applied approach to cultural reform
- Understanding and executing the four factors for proactively creating a desired culture
- Easy-to-follow template for applying the four factors in their organizations
