Curate Your Organization's Culture - ONLINE

Culture is one of the largest recruitment and retention factors for a new generation of workers. Companies who create exceptional cultures will thrive in spite of competition for skilled workers and will experience lower employee turnover. Now, more than ever, employers need to be on the creative edge of culture change to attract and retain great people. This four-week online course will offer a you a hands-on, applied practical approach to being proactive about creating a positive, healthy culture.

Everyone wants a great organizational culture, but how do you go about achieving that? It requires four stages - DEFINING the culture that already exists, REFINING that culture to what you'd like it to be, REDEFINING the new culture, and APPLYING those efforts to keep that culture fresh and alive in your organization. The course will be delivered in 90-minute, live webinars over four weeks, with additional homework assignments each week.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Understand the importance of culture and its impacts on the organization/business
  • A practical hands-on, applied approach to cultural reform
  • Understanding and executing the four factors for proactively creating a desired culture
  • Easy-to-follow template for applying the four factors in their organizations

Synchronous Sessions:
While most of this course is delivered asynchronously, there will be weekly 90-minute webinars.
