Cathy Mckenzie

Cathy McKenzie, MA (Leadership and Training), has a diverse professional history as an emergency room RN, a Coroner and a manager of volunteers. In 2000 she co-founded Learning by Heart Consulting. As an educator, facilitator and coach, Cathy believes in creating an engaging space for deep and transformative learning. Her public and private sector programs focus on personal leadership, communication, coaching, building dynamic teams and dialogue practices. Cathy is a long-standing Associate Faculty at Royal Roads University and The Banff Centre.
