Beverley Patwell

Beverley Patwell is one of the world’s foremost experts on organizational development and leading meaningful change. Founder and principal of Patwell Consulting, Bev brings three decades of experience to her work with leaders and organizations across sectors as she inspires people to lead meaningful change. Her pioneering work on Use-of-Self and Triple Impact Coaching™ form the basis of the Leading Meaningful Change framework©.

Bev has taught at some of the leading universities in the western hemisphere. She also served as a senior associate and executive coach with the Niagara Institute.

Bev is the author of Leading Meaningful Change: Capturing the Hearts, Minds, and Souls of the People You Lead, Work With, and Serve and co-author with Edith Whitfield Seashore of Triple Impact Coaching: Use of Self in the Coaching Process. She has also published many other articles and several tools on leadership, change and coaching.

Bev has a Master’s and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University. She also holds several certifications in leadership, coaching and team development assessments.
