Bev has taught at some of the leading universities in the western hemisphere. She also served as a senior associate and executive coach with the Niagara Institute.
Bev is the author of Leading Meaningful Change: Capturing the Hearts, Minds, and Souls of the People You Lead, Work With, and Serveand co-author with Edith Whitfield Seashore of Triple Impact Coaching: Use of Self in the Coaching Process. She has also published many other articles and several tools on leadership, change and coaching.
Bev has a Master’s and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University. She also holds several certifications in leadership, coaching and team development assessments.
Leading Meaningful Change is designed to bring connection and energy back into the change process. This 4-week online course introduces students to the key concepts of the Leading Meaningful Change Framework. Students will participate in group discussions, reflect on their approach to change, and complete a series of relevant and applied learning activities designed to uncover the essence of leading meaningful change within organizations. At the end of the program, students will have increased their confidence, and become equipped with a tool kit of leading-edge processes, to effectively lead meaningful change within their organization.
